Macrosteel is a consulting company with more than 15 years of existence dedicated to providing services of excellence in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Design Engineering, and to developing TEKLA models, detailing and manufacturing as well as assembly plans for the same areas it designs for.
MacroSteel has focused on Engineering and Consulting, mainly in the industrial, mining and infrastructure areas in Chile, Latin America and Australia. Its main clients are large mining companies, their main vendors (such as Metso-Outotec, FLSmidth, Sandvik, ThyssenKrupp, among others) as well as construction companies and industrial facilities.
What we do:
- Basic engineering and multidisciplinary modularity and / or stick-built design for mining/industrial projects.
- Complete Material Handling projects, verification and re-empowerment of equipment in operation.
- Design and detailing of API, ASME, AWWA standard tanks and containers, silos, hoppers, etc.
- Design of fire protection networks and impulsion systems.
- Asset Integrity Assessment Engineering.
- Dynamic, frequency and vibration analysis, fatigue, useful life, etc.
- Assistance and study of complex assembly and construction maneuvers.
- 3D structural-mechanical-piping-electrical
- 3D detailing for reinforced concrete in TEKLA.
